More Ryan

He had a blast at his Monkey Joes birthday party on Sunday. Then today he had a concert at school and wanted to dress up. Our handsome little man.

Ryan is 8 years old today. He had a family party last night and now we are off to Monkey Joes to play with his friends.

Heat wave

Sad that its actually warm out at 20 degrees. :) Nora decided to empty out her bottom drawer for fun yesterday. Putting the clothes away I decided to do a little photo shoot with her swimsuits (and to try them on as we are going to Florida in April).
As I was making banana bread with Chef Ry today I glanced out the back window. I quick tried to run get my camera before the dogs and kids scared them off. We had 6 deer in the backyard. Ry and Evan sat there watching them while Nora was smiling and clapping in awe.

Happy 2009!!!

Jim had off of work last week so we were busy trying to reorganize parts of the house. You know, desks, drawers, closets and such. He got the wine room downstairs painted and the floor in.
Evan has been taking photos with my camera yet again. I go to upload photos Ive taken only to find about a dozen of interesting things such as toys and walls.
We had a playdate today so that kept Evan and Nora busy. And Ry is back to school and starting to get into a routine. All in all, so far so good for 2009.
